Braised kale is a great place to start
When I first decided to try kale, I bought a frozen bag at the grocery store and boiled it. Yuck! I decided I didn't like kale and didn't try it again for a very long time!
I learned a lot about cooking in the years that followed and I came across a recipe for braised kale. It had onions, garlic and broth with a splash of vinegar. I decided to try it again. To my delight, I really enjoyed it, as did my husband. I have cooked that recipe for other non-kale eaters who have gobbled it down and licked their lips as well.
